Rate: $26/hr Description: We’re a warm, busy family in West Plano with two young children (ages 2.5 & 4.5) and two puppies, looking for a highly organized, proactive, trustworthy Family Assistant to help keep our household running smoothly. This is a long-term, year-round position, Monday-Friday, 12:00-6:00 PM, with guaranteed hours. Midday responsibilities include errands, grocery pickup, meal/snack prep, laundry, organizing, household inventory, online orders, calendar reminders, coordinating vendors, and caring for our puppies. Around 3:00 PM, the role shifts to school pickups (Plano & North Dallas), activities, and creating a calm after-school routine. We practice gentle parenting and value someone who is warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and communicates well with young children.
