About me: Hola! My name is Bárbara, and I am a dedicated educator with over 10 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Spanish. I am a certified teacher, CPR certified, and trained in multiple child environment certifications, which ensures that every child I work with is cared for in a safe, nurturing, and professional way.
I offer Spanish tutoring and classes for all ages and levels—from young children just starting their language journey, to middle and high school students preparing for academic success, to professionals in a variety of industries who want to expand their communication skills in Spanish. In addition to language instruction, I specialize in reading development and can support learners in all school subjects, making me a well-rounded academic resource.
Beyond teaching, I bring over 6 years of childcare experience, caring for children from infants through middle schoolers. I combine patience, creativity, and structure to ensure children feel both supported and inspired. Families can count on me for reliable, safe, and engaging care, whether it’s tutoring, homework help, childcare, or running enriching activities.
As both an educator and caregiver, I believe in meeting each child and learner where they are, tailoring my approach to their unique needs, personality, and goals. My mission is to create meaningful learning experiences while providing peace of mind for families. Whether you’re seeking Spanish tutoring, reading support, childcare, or reliable academic help, I bring a blend of professionalism, compassion, and experience that you can truly trust
