About me: My childcare experience includes preschool teaching, Sunday school teacher, corporate nannying, private nannying, as well as providing counseling and behavioral therapy.
As a nanny I have experience with all ages and various needs such as cognitive, developmental, and behavioral diagnoses. I love letting kids have creative freedom to play and do what they are passionate about whether it’s cooking, toys, or performing, etc. I see myself as someone who allows children to express and create in a safe environment.
As a graduate level counselor, I have experience working with children who are learning to process and express thought and emotions. I understand the stages of personality, emotional, neurological, and physical development in children.
As a behavioral therapist, I have experience working with children who have neurodivergence such as ADHD, ASD, and other developmental disabilities. I belive these children are capable, smart, and should be cared for and supported.
