Our Village “Holiday Help” Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility
This holiday giveaway is open to residents of the Dallas–Fort Worth area who are 18 years or older. Participants must have an active Our Village account to redeem the prize. Employees or contractors of Our Village are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
To join the holiday giveaway, participants may qualify in one of the following ways:

• Complete our 2-minute Holiday Community Survey, OR

• Refer one friend to Our Village using your referral link in the app

Completing both counts as two entries.

All entries must be received no later than Friday, December 5th at 11:59 PM CST.

3. Prize Details
One winner will receive 4 free hours of service, up to $100 in total value.
All services must be hired through the Our Village app with a verified provider.

Eligible services include:

• Holiday home cleaning

• Event or party help

• Childcare for shopping, wrapping, errands, or a night out

• Grocery runs and holiday errands

• Any service category offered inside the app

4. How the Prize Works

• The winner will select any provider inside the Our Village app.

• Our Village will cover the cost up to a total of $100.

• Any amount over $100 is the responsibility of the winner.

• Services must be booked and completed within 45 days of the winner announcement.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be publicly announced on the Our Village Facebook page on Monday, December 8th.

• An email will also be sent directly to the winner using the contact information on their Our Village account.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another participant may be selected.

6. Limitations

• Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

• Services must be hired through the app to qualify.

• Our Village is not responsible for provider cancellations or limited holiday availability.

7. Privacy
Survey responses may be used anonymously for platform improvements. Personal information will not be shared or sold.

8. General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these terms. Our Village reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
