Providers can offer services ranging from childcare and transportation to tutoring, household help and more, giving families one place to find support and providers more ways to earn.
FAQs
What does it cost to become a provider?
Background checks are $16.99. Transportation providers may require additional driving-related screening after completing the Basic Background Check. Additional screening costs may vary based on the jurisdictions that need to be searched.
How do I get paid?
Payments are handled securely through the Our Village app. Once a job is completed and payment is processed, your earnings are sent to your connected payout account.
Keeping payments in the app helps protect both providers and families and gives you access to:
- Secure, trackable payments
- Cancellation protection when applicable
- Job and payment history in one place
- Ratings and reviews that help build your reputation and get more jobs
All jobs booked through Our Village must be paid through the app.
